In this conference, Mr Michael Rohle firstly introduced himself and talked a little about his working background and experience. Afterwards, he started the subject of creativity in games in which some of the important points are highlighted bellow:
- Complexity in producing creativity such as related risks in technology, softwares, size of teams and etc.
- Designing an efficient process of work in order to reduce project chaos and increase focus instead.
- Producing creativity focusing on several different factors such as human factor and culture and management factor.
- Managing creativity with context.
- The process of producing creativity and creative products.
- Positioning creative ideas in market.
- Creative vision.
